Jonathan Drummond is a practicing physician and a father of two adult daughters. Active in church music and educational ministries for two decades, he is currently a candidate for receiving his Master of Divinity from the Iliff School of Theology (Denver) in June 2021.
Jonathan has held state and national leadership positions within the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Oklahoma Academy of Ophthalmology and received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from Oklahoma State University in 2019, where he serves on the OSU Foundation Board of Governors. He has also served his local community as Chief of Staff for Stillwater Medical Center in Stillwater, Oklahoma as well as previously serving on the Board of Trustees for the Stillwater Medical Center Authority. He is active in many philanthropic initiatives.
As an advocate for marginalized communities, Jonathan has been a speaker and workshop facilitator at the national conferences for The Reformation Project and the Q Christian Fellowship. He continues to pursue a bi-vocational extension ministry working toward social justice reform as well as full-inclusion of all voices within the Church. He also possesses an interest in evaluating and repairing the moral stress and burn-out phenomena often found in the medical as well as ministry professions.
