Roscoe Compton-Kelly has more than 24 years of corporate and nonprofit organizational experience he shares through his business and management consulting services. In tandem, also known as celebrated North Texas drag performer Shantae Morgan, he has embraced drag as both an art form and a powerful means of self-expression, personal healing and advocacy for more than 10 years.

Sara Cunningham (she/her)
Sara Cunningham is an author, activist and founder of Free Mom Hugs. After her son came out to her as gay, she found herself on a journey “from the church to the Pride parade.” In the wake of beautiful glitter-covered hugs and heartbreaking horror stories, the mission of Free Mom Hugs began. Simple acts of love and acceptance turned into a viral sensation, and Sara knew she had the opportunity to lead impactful change.
